Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Manage Office maintenance.
  • Manage Car fleet and drivers.
  • Fixtures and equipment, in all project locations and offices across Egypt.
  • Follow up ERP system Implementation.
  • All related governmental affairs ( permit issues, license...etc )
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Experience: 6-10 Years.
  • Professional in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
  • Presentation and reporting skills.
  • Goal oriented, hard worker, a good team leader with strong negotiation,
  • Time management and communication skills.
