Job Description
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Manage Office maintenance.
- Manage Car fleet and drivers.
- Fixtures and equipment, in all project locations and offices across Egypt.
- Follow up ERP system Implementation.
- All related governmental affairs ( permit issues, license...etc )
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 6-10 Years.
- Professional in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
- Presentation and reporting skills.
- Goal oriented, hard worker, a good team leader with strong negotiation,
- Time management and communication skills.
