Senior Business Analyst - KSA

Management Duties:

• Responsible and accountable for eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, verifying, and managing the real needs of the project stakeholders,
• Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task, and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
• Defining specifications and business requirements.
• Carrying out requirements feasibility studies of proposals and making recommendations.
• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Prepares analytical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Analysis Duties:

• Help design, document and maintain system processes.
• Provide a suitable solution by studying system capabilities; analyzing requirements and writing specifications.
• Improves systems by studying current practices; managing modifications and control change requirements.
• Represent requirements using alternative views, such as data models (diagrams), prototypes, or scenarios, where appropriate.
• Business Process Modeling

• Entity relationship diagram
• Write business and system requirements specifications.

Communication and Soft Skills Duties:

• Own and develop the relationship with customers, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.
• Identify project stakeholders and user classes, document user class characteristics, Use Stakeholders Analysis.
• Manage the project stakeholders, including customers and end users across multiple domains.
• Create Impact Analysis and track changes, help in the Risk Analysis.
• Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
