Job Description
- Assessing the Maintenance Technician utilization and performance.
- Developing repair and rebuild procedures for critical plant equipment.
- Participating in down day planning and critique meetings.
- Write test procedures for repaired equipment to ensure repairs meet operating specifications.
- Conducting scorecard evaluations of down days.
- Monitoring maintenance schedule compliance.
- Updating maintenance procedures, time standards, and equipment lists.
- Work with the corporate reliability team to roll new strategies out in the plant.
- Preparing reports, diagrams, charts, drawings, and calculations for the purposes of presenting maintenance performance data to plant management.
Job Requirements
- 3 years minimum experience With background in Relate field
- Bachelor's Chemistry (Engineering. Science)
- Minimum Very Good English
- Knowledge of computer lancing tools. Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) and MS Project.
- Monitoring, Quality Control Analysis, Controlling, Writing, Time Management, Critical Thinking, Judgment and Decision Making.
- Management of Material Resources, Equipment Selection.
