As the Services Business Development Manager for Queensland / PNG, you will focus on pro-actively growing sales within Schneider’s life-cycle services business attached to new and existing install base.

Key service offers will include testing and commissioning, service contracts, spare parts packages, large on-demand mobilisations, asset-modernisation and consulting services such as audits and assessments.

Whilst we do not want to narrow the field, we do believe that instrumental to your success in this role will be your demonstrated success in Business Development and sales growth within a turnkey / project sales environment.

Job Requirements

You will be driven, possess excellent communications skills and high energy with a tactical hunting mentality when it comes to sales.

You have the ability to develop effective and strategic business partnerships with key end user contacts, consultants and contractors. Equally critical is your ability to listen and consult, and your familiarity with what it takes to discover and pursue high value technical sales in a mining context. You will be prepared to utilise all the resources at your disposal within a large matrix organisation to meet your customer’s unique business needs.
