Job Description
- Handling / Arranging booking for hotels , limousine , buses & trains
- Issuing vouchers & invoices
- Cooperate with the different embassies & able to book online visa appointments
- Filling out the applications and arranging the different required documents.
- Dealing with the conflicts and complains as they may come up.
- Follow up with clients about travel plans and make adjustments as needed.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a corporate & leisure travel agency.
