Job Description
- Participating in the implementation and testing phase of the consolidation system using oracle fusion (Hyperion).
- Prepare a monthly & Quarterly Consolidation of Actuals' (in accordance with EAS & IFRS) in different levels of consolidations using both oracle fusion (Hyperion) & Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate and communicate with the divisional finance groups to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting of financial information.
- Coordinate information and prepare responses to periodic internal & external requests for consolidated financial information.
- Preparing trend analysis and financial performance presentation Vs. Budget for consolidated financial statements in accordance and all significant subsidiaries & affiliates companies.
- Preparing and developing the analyst tool kit (Dashboard and other related financial reports for EKH group operating segments) on a quarterly basis.
- Collecting & preparing the requested information related to EKH Group to replying the external inquiries from Internal, external auditors and IR requirements for external users.
- Preparing consolidated budget in a monthly template.
- Participation in updating the consolidated 5 years financial model and related financial reports.
- Assist investment & finance team in financial Models for current, expansions and new business.
Job Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of combined experience in a Big Four Accounting Firm as well as in industry working for a publicly held company in a leadership role related to consolidation.
- Prior experience at a management level in a global, multi-currency environment.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standard (EAS) & International financial reporting standards (IFRS), reporting and working knowledge of the fundamentals of corporate tax and transfer pricing.
- Strong knowledge of large company ERP tools, such as Oracle.
- Strong Knowledge in financial modeling.
- Self-motivated, conscientious, detailed and deadline-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with varying priorities, commitment to quality.
- Flexibility and self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
