Job Description

Preparing monthly, quarterly, year-end close P&L.

Responsible for developing innovative tools and systems which can be used to improve the way the company records, measures, and analyzes all financial and operational data.

Responsible for evaluating company's financial processes and recommending the best ways to improve them further.

Perform a comprehensive analysis of the effects of financial issues like company debt and other financial structures.

Responsible for the preparation of various financial reports and present them to the company executives involved.

Making variance analysis for budget variances.

- Preparing monthly, quarterly, year-end close dashboards for all departments.
- Supervise financial and accounting processes and ensure adherence to company and country laws.
- Arrange taxes payment with the outsourced accounting office and adjust for reconciliation if any.
- Prepare and distribute budget reports and financial statements to management in a timely fashion.
- Manage account payables and receivable activities in a timely manner.
- Perform account reconciliation activities on periodic basis.
- Update general ledger on a regular basis and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in goals setting and performance improvements for finance staff.
- Register all finance transactions accurately for future references.
- Participate in overall annual budgetary process.
- Manage financial reporting and management tasks.
- Create financial presentations for management and clients.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
- SAP user – at least 2 years is MUST
- Very good command of English
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases (SAP is preferable)
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to direct and supervise
- Work Experience in Wholesale & Import firms is preferred.
