Job Description
Main Purpose:
Lead, manage, guide and monitor the work of applications’ support team to assure smooth operation via company applications.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with users and management to assess computing needs and system requirements to meet business needs.
- Observe system functionality to verify correct operations and detect errors using performance and system monitor tools.
- Provide users with technical support for Applications problems.
- Train users on the proper use of Company Applications.
- Manage and coordinate new IS projects.
- Act as liaison between IT & business process owners on key projects & initiatives
- Manage the development & implementation of solutions using SharePoint and SharePoint related technologies to solve business problems, enhance user productivity or automate business process
- Design training programs for business applications, create documentations & user guides and deliver training to end users
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree of Computer Science or related education - Knowledge of SQL and programming concept is a plus,
Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar field experience, implementing & supporting business applications & Hands-on experience managing and developing SharePoint applications and in-depth knowledge of SharePoint platform technologies is a plus
Languages: Excellent command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing)
