Job Description
- Experience with the 7 Ps of the marketing mix.
- Familiarity with distribution channels.
- Experience with agencies (ATL & BTL) as well as media marketing airing.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to conduct market analysis (and the know-how to use and interpret spreadsheets and charts).
- closely monitors the sales volume, market trends and all other activities.
- Following up with the day to day marketing activities with the agencies.
- Assisting the marketing manager with the brand operations activities.
- Raising brand awareness
- Building a strong trained sales team
- Drive the Brand’s visual standards and provide expert product knowledge to customers.
- Drive the stores to achieve sales targets, maximize profit and maintain the Brand’s high standards.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing preferably with Retail background.
- Able to conduct Market research.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to complete tasks within critical deadlines.
- Passionate about fashion, visual merchandising, driving sales and customer service.
