Job Description

  • Responsible for the day to day management of a purchasing profile with a focus on continuous improvement within purchasing.
  • Timely and effective communication of purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Communicate with an internal department to make sure orders are processed with correct technical requirements.
  • Work with the Finance department to confirm supplier’s invoices are processed correctly.
  • Taking corrective actions against suppliers when needed.
  • Prepare supplier evaluation forms on a periodic time frame.
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • English is a must
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight schedules
  • Strong organizational and administration skills.
  • Good understanding of the purchasing process with at least 2 years’ experience at any fields.
