Job Description
- Ensure sales targets are delivered.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of his/her team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Coordinate sales effort with his/her team members.
- Conduct performance reviews of staff and make the report to the director of sales.
- Analyze market potential, track sales and status reports.
- Prepare reporting as needed.
Job Requirements
- BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
- 5-10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, 3+ which in same position
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Excellent Customer Orientation
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge of and experience in management and administration
- Proven sales ability
- Knowledgeable in sales techniques
