Independently responsible for project bidding organization, business negotiation, and qualification.
Responsible for collecting local market information.
Built and foster relationships with related stakeholders.

Engineering degree (preferable) or equal qualification from reputable university or college combined with Project Management certification (desirable).
Proven work experience (above 5 years) on site for complex infrastructure construction projects (preferably in harbor, housing, construction or railways industries infrastructure sector or similar – experience of working abroad or at an international company is a plus).
Extensive experience (above 8 years) in Business Development and Project Bidding for complex infrastructure projects.
Working experience as consulting engineer is preferred;
Flexibility for travel to the project site locations as necessary;
Excellent Negotiation skills, effective as a team leader, decisive and persuasive, good in dealing with conflict situations, and well accepted by other parties.
Quite familiar with FIDIC and various type of contracts.
Quite familiar with local resources related to project execution.
Quite familiar with local Requirements / Regulations / Laws / Acts / Decrees related to project execution and investment.
Fluent English in reading and writing is mandatory.
Good command of local legal affairs, tax policies, and practices.
Mastery of business law.
