Job Description
- To provide all kind of secretarial support to the senior management staff
- As well being responsible for all communication and logistical activities needed in the Head Office
- To handle all Head Office staff travel and accommodation logistics.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree in business administration or a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position related to providing management support
- Successful track record of experience in office management and secretarial is desired
- Proficient in MS Office
- Customer oriented and very good communicator.
- Very good command of English Language (spoken/written).
- Very good business writing skills
