Job Summary
We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, knowledgeable, and friendly product specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will establish track of business deals or business education in sector of Radiology Informatics, PACS and Tele Radiology, and deliver exceptional customer service, answering all customer questions and and concerns regarding our products and helping them make the most informed buying choice possible.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Continuously expand knowledge of our product line
- Always deliver exceptional customer service
- Answer all questions and address all concerns that the customer may have
- Help customers be sure of which product is the right choice for them
- Demonstrate product functionality accurately and completely
- Accurately communicate all technical specifications
- Work cooperatively with the rest of the sales team
- Seek self improvement through mentoring and coaching from senior team members
- Remain in compliance with company guidelines at all times
- Log all customer contacts including contact information for followup
- Follow up with potential customers to see if you can be of further help
- Offer related products and services to new customers
Job Requirements
- BSc in Medical engineering, IT, computer engineering or similar.
- Minimum two years of experience in the field or related as sales engineer or business management.
- Solid background in medical technology, radiology experience is a bonus
- Strong command of English is a must. German language experience would be of advantage.
