Job Description
We are Looking for a highly organized Caliber to be working as our Book Keeper and Data Entry to be responsible for the below:
- Getting the bank Statements for all of our Accounts twice a month on fixed dates and Revise it.
- Responsible for all of the office paperwork (both incoming and outgoing).
- Responsible for reviewing both invoices and match it with the company's Statement for any possible difference twice a month.
- Organize /review and send all the company's Statements to the owners on the 15th of each month.
- Handle Owner's inquiry or questions or comments fast and accurate.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- To be Highly organized
- Can work with Microsoft Office
- Flexible and can work under pressure
- English Level: Very good up to Excellent
Job details:
- Part-time job, 2 days per week
- Salary will be 4 k
- 8 hours per day.
- Days are optional except for the 1st and the 15th.
- The location will be Hurghada
- Working hours From 3 pm till 11 pm
