Job Description
Apex Properties is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our rapidly growing Real Estate Brokerage and contribute to our growth by improving our operational efficiency.
As an executive assistant, you will be tasked with handling a range of administrative tasks and assist the management team in matters of organization and communication.
Responsibilities include :
- Acting point of contact between management, employees, clients and external partners
- Basic bookkeeping task
- Answering the phone and greeting guests
- Office Management
- Calendar Management and appointment scheduling
- CRM organization and reporting
Working Conditions:
- Our office is located in Mokattam on Road 9.
- Working hours are 11-7 Sunday to Thursday.
Job Requirements
- Excellent time management and organization.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Good command of English.
- Strong MS Office skills
- CRM Experience is preferred but not required
- Problem-solving oriented attitude
