Job Description
- Manage and oversee documents for a particular project or for an entire organization.
- Ensure the proper documents are created and signed, that all data is accurate and that documents are stored and backed up and any retention policies are followed.
Job Requirements
- Administration Courses will be a value.
- 1-3 years experience in a Document Control role in relevant industries, i.e. engineering, consulting, construction, mining and heavy industries.
- Proficient in computer software programs such as word processors, spreadsheet programs, and database systems.
- Experience of using SharePoint or Aconex document management would be an advantage although is not essential.
