Job Description
- Provide overall HR assistance and information support to all company team members regarding company policies, programs, and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department in all areas.
- Assist in preparing and updating the Job Descriptions.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process including the interview process.
- Conducting and analyzing the engagement and satisfaction survey among all employees within the company.
- Handling the company’s account with the IMC (Industrial Modernization Centre).
- Assist in the benefits process.
- Analyze the vacation and turnover among the company employees.
- Provide HR letters to employees.
- Follow up issuing business cards with employees and advertising agency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce
- Good command of MS Office.
- Good Command of English
