Job Description

  • Provide overall HR assistance and information support to all company team members regarding company policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department in all areas.
  • Assist in preparing and updating the Job Descriptions.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process including the interview process.
  • Conducting and analyzing the engagement and satisfaction survey among all employees within the company.
  • Handling the company’s account with the IMC (Industrial Modernization Centre).
  • Assist in the benefits process.
  • Analyze the vacation and turnover among the company employees.
  • Provide HR letters to employees.
  • Follow up issuing business cards with employees and advertising agency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce
  • Good command of MS Office.
  • Good Command of English
