Job Description
- Supporting in the online search, selection, and recruitment of new vendors.
- Using relevant marketing and social media tools for recruitment.
- Ensuring vendor data is updated in our systems.
- Create/update vendor data on Excel sheets as per our requirements.
- Observing and tracking of vendor performance with our Management department and supporting corrective actions when needed.
- Handling orders requirements with vendors.
- Answering invoicing queries with our accountant's department.
- Negotiating and maintaining competitive terms with external vendors to reach the highest quality with the best rates.
- Observing vendor performance through our team feedback and communicating with vendors to maintain their availability and commitment to the company.
- Compiling monthly reports on vendor recruitment.
- Perform any other relevant duties related to the job description.
Job Requirements
- University degree is required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
- Good English skills.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good negotiating skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational, time management and planning skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to achieve organizational goals
- Ability to work effectively both independently as well as part of a team
