We provide technical leadership directly to our customers who are deploying, maintaining or innovating solutions using the latest technology. We enable our customers to have the skills to deploy, support and maintain their environment in line with Microsoft best practices.

As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will apply both broad and deep technology and information security industry knowledge. As part of our team, you will deliver technical solutions to customers allowing them to maximize their investment in Microsoft technology, while protecting their Intellectual Property and Employees. You will provide technical leadership for other Consultant teams and engage in the complete lifecycle of large Cybersecurity projects. Your key to success is your passion for customers, demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience: understanding security aspects, designing and developing secure solutions, and delivering through high quality engagements.
As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will:
- Continually learn and grow professionally
- Work with customers to identify business requirements
- Craft the latest Hybrid Cloud solutions to address the business needs and outcomes of our customers
- Create functional requirement documents and functional designs
- Implement customized solutions for customers
- Provide team and thought leadership on projects
- Contribute to business goals and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor other Consultants

Recommended Qualifications and Experience:
- Deep technical and architectural knowledge of at least 3 of the following Windows Client and Server technologies:
- Windows Server Active Directory Knowledge (GPO, Forrest, Design, Scripting, ACL)
- Server/Client Hardening
- Network Security (VPN, TLS/SSL, IPSEC)
- General understanding of Threat Scenarios and corresponding measures (Pass-the-Hash, Pass-the-Ticket, Threat Modelling, Security & Configuration Management, Security Policies, Security Concepts)
- Good knowledge of InfoSecurity topics, demonstrated by compliancy with one of those requirements:
- CSSLP certification plus a minimum of 3 years of experience on Cybersecurity and Information Security topic
- CISSP certification
- A minimum of 5 years of experience on Cybersecurity and Information Security topics
- Good knowledge of Threat Modeling methodology demonstrated by compliancy with one of those requirements:
- Execution of at least three Threat Models in the last year
- Having received a formal training on Threat Model within the last 6 months, and execution of at least two Threat Models in the last year
- Being a recognized SME for Threat Modeling, for example because of having successfully delivered training on Threat Modeling at TechReady, Microsoft Ready or other events at least once in the last 3 years
- Incident Response and Recovery techniques
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Advanced Persistent Threat (APT), threat modeling, Hybrid Cloud and Workload Security configurations, Security Standards, policies and Governance frameworks, security certifications are recommended, yet not mandatory
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience combined with a relevant industry experience in a consulting role
- Strong project management and crisis management skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally and work with different cultures and customers
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to communicate with a variety of different audiences and strong presentation skills
- Demonstrate effective balance between business and technical acumen
- Ability to lead and motivate technical communities
- Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change
