Job Description
- Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks.
- Greet and provide support to visitors.
- Answer phone calls provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people.
- Schedule appointments and update calendar.
- Compose and type regular correspondence like, letters, emails and meeting minutes.
- Ability to resolve any administrative problems.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Create spreadsheets and presentations.
- Other duties reasonably related to this position
