Job Description
Administrative Affairs
- Organizing and coordinating the internal management of the factory and ensuring that all operations are in accordance with procedures and regulations.
- Manage and follow up the supervision of the restaurant.
- Administrative Security Department and follow up security factory.
- Supervision of fire protection networks, industrial safety and supervision of occupational safety and health.
- Management and supervision of the movement and the motorway of the transfer of workers
- Supervising the renewal of all types of car licenses and investigating traffic violations
- Management and supervision of the movement of employees, either by cars owned by the company or by renting
- Management and follow-up of the housing of the workers whether owned by the company or the rental of housing units for workers.

Second: Legal affairs
- Editing of criminal and civil and labor records and proceedings as legal representative of the company.
- Legalization of the legal status of factories and companies.
- Extracting and renewing all necessary documents and licenses for government documents.
- Dealing with the Labor Office, the Social and Health Insurance Authority and all government agencies.
- Application of labor law, sanctions regulations and administrative investigations.
Third: Contract Management
- Editing and reviewing all types of contracts and examination documents documents contracts and ensure their authenticity
Job Requirements
- High qualification suitable for graduates preferred rights
- Experience of 7: 10 years
- Experience in industrial companies
- Knowledge of English
- Fluent in using Ms. Office
- Experience in dealing with governmental bodies and agencies.
- Experience in managing all types of contracts
- Bachelor of Laws is must.
