Job Description
- Industry Sales Supervisor is a leader in our multinational and key customers' team.
- The team approaches mostly R&D, Procurement Specialists/managers &/or company owners depending on company size.
- The sales supervisor will be responsible for his personal and the team's maintenance and working on new leads, forecasting, negotiating with customers, achieving foretasted targets, report on a periodical basis (daily, weekly monthly, quarterly and annually).
- Personal and Team's KPIs will include achievement, lead conversion ratio, New leads, reporting and forecasting accuracy, customer retention and profitability.
To Sum Up;
- Planning for personal and team sales for their industry.
- Set targets and follow up sales team.
- Maintain and grow customer base.
