Job Description
- Build up technical & financial customer offers.
- Manage technical offers, tenders, and invoice processing.
- Assist and support the business unit director with following up on the sales team activities including quotations and client correspondences.
- Review all quotations to ensure compliance with pricing strategies and profit margins, and provide recommendations if necessary.
- Deal with international and local companies in all industrial areas.
- Prepare business and action plans to achieve targets.
- Prepare sales and activities reports.
- Follow up with customers.
- Maintain awareness and update with competitions activities.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the Technical Office Management in Commercial Vehicles or Equipment field.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills.
- High customer service orientation.
- High leadership and coaching skills.
- High teamwork skills.
- Experience and skill in working with access database.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Excellent command of English.
