Job Description
- Handling daily meeting with the department managers
- Using a range of office software including emails, spreadsheets and another database.
- Preparing financial offers to the company`s clients.
- Managing filling system, handling inside and outside faxes and answering phone calls.
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Organizing events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Collating and filing expenses.
Job Requirements
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask, Communication skills, Flexibility, and adaptability
- Language: Fluent English writing & speaking and any other foreign language.
