Job Description
- To attract customers. Actions might include cold-calling, following up on leads, advertising and making business presentations to investors, club members and other interested groups.
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Job Requirements
- BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
- 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent Customer Orientation
- Proven sales ability
- Knowledgeable in sales techniques
