Job Description

  • To attract customers. Actions might include cold-calling, following up on leads, advertising and making business presentations to investors, club members and other interested groups.
  • Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Job Requirements

  • BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent Customer Orientation
  • Proven sales ability
  • Knowledgeable in sales techniques
  • Anticipates and solves problems
