Job Description
- Provide technical presentations, minor inspections and consultation during client’s site visit.
- Identify the customer’s needs, budget then recommend the corresponding solutions/ vessels and ensure compliance to technical and commercial specifications in compliance with company guidelines.
- Prepare, reconcile and validate all offers/ budgetary quotations/ contracts related to projects, tenders.
- Carry out activities pertaining to order processing/ contract management and documentation.
- Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with international and Egyptian vessel owners/ brokers/ shipyards and customers to ensure the timely and appropriate delivery of services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering with at least two-years relevant work experience in marine industry.
- Experience with BIMCO Contracts (Supply time, salvage, etc…).
- Experience with different engines and propulsions (Caterpiller, Yanmar, Niigata, Voith Schneider, Schottel, Rolls Royce).
- Well established with Egyptian ports, Suez Canal Authority, Oil &Gas offshore companies.
- Must have the ability to listen and demonstrate good command of English both spoken and written.
