Job Description
- Manage department related logistics.
- Create department related manuals.
- Update department related manuals.
- Write down the clients proposals.
- Finalize partnerships contracts.
- Follow up with department vendors.
- Receive the main inquiries directed to the company via telephone or different corporate generic emails and redirect it.
- Follow up proposal writing for the technical and market opportunity parts by the Emulator and Hunter respectively.
- Coordinate with other sister companies.
- Follow up on complaints resolutions and feed the Hunter back about the complaint resolution status either its related to community issue or technical issue.
- Supervise Communities communication activities via the community managers.
- Consider the culture guard for the marketing department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or any relative degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field.
- Strong Marketing and Admin background.
- Capable of dealing with cross culture communities.
- Advanced time management skills.
- Excellent level of English.
