Job Description

  • Manage department related logistics.
  • Create department related manuals.
  • Update department related manuals.
  • Write down the clients proposals.
  • Finalize partnerships contracts.
  • Follow up with department vendors.
  • Receive the main inquiries directed to the company via telephone or different corporate generic emails and redirect it.
  • Follow up proposal writing for the technical and market opportunity parts by the Emulator and Hunter respectively.
  • Coordinate with other sister companies.
  • Follow up on complaints resolutions and feed the Hunter back about the complaint resolution status either its related to community issue or technical issue.
  • Supervise Communities communication activities via the community managers.
  • Consider the culture guard for the marketing department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or any relative degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field.
  • Strong Marketing and Admin background.
  • Capable of dealing with cross culture communities.
  • Advanced time management skills.
  • Excellent level of English.
