Job Description

The Fern Residency

Jodhpur, India

Role description:

  • Participates in the development and implementation of strategies for Front Office, Back Office, Restaurant, etc.
  • The hotel shall provide meals during shifts.
  • Directs all aspects of the guest relations function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to current and future VIPs.
  • Interacts with guests and individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to, current and potential clients, competitors and other members of the local community.
  • Duration can be for 6 months too.

Main activities

  • Remain calm and empathetic to the guest problem.

  • Plan and Coordinate hotel housing activities by working closely with Sales, Catering

  • Ensure seamless transitions between shifts.

  • To attend and/or conduct meetings as and when required.

  • Handle all emergencies and guest relations.
