The Fern Residency

Role description:
- Participates in the development and implementation of strategies for Front Office, Back Office, Restaurant, etc.
- The hotel shall provide meals during shifts.
- Directs all aspects of the guest relations function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to current and future VIPs.
- Interacts with guests and individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to, current and potential clients, competitors and other members of the local community.
- Duration can be for 6 months too.
Main activities

Remain calm and empathetic to the guest problem.

Plan and Coordinate hotel housing activities by working closely with Sales, Catering

Ensure seamless transitions between shifts.

To attend and/or conduct meetings as and when required.

Handle all emergencies and guest relations.
