Job Description
- Replies to all WhatsApp inquiries on the spot
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Replies to Instagram inquiries through DM and comments instantly
- Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals
- Perform research on current trends and customer preferences
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Instagram feed, stories etc)
- Help with setting up a facebook page and enhancing the existing website
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Experience in social media management
- Excellent communication skills(Arabic and English)
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Familiarity with web design
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
