Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in trips’ planning and booking process based on procedures in-place
- Handle, prepare and revise all travelling documents for students related to the Semester Abroad Program at GUC Berlin
- Support in the preparation and compilation of statistical reports
- Handle necessary correspondence for booking purposes
- Maintain the filing system
- Handle any booking requirements with travel agencies and seek for best possible travel offers
- Handle all administrative tasks and inquiries
- Execute – based on Manager’s assignment - departmental booking orders
- Maintain the Travel Office database
- Handle any ad-hoc assigned duties related to the dept.
