Job Description
- Overseeing all aspects of projects including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and reporting projects progress.
- Ensuring the sustainability of the programs through planning and reviewing the projects’ implementation to maintain the programs succession.
- Reporting the projects progress to the management and providing a status for all projects expected activities in order to ensure that the projects meet the predetermined timeline and expenditure.
- Establishing partnerships with local and international partners in the technical and the higher education fields
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality and team member performance.
- Determining the programs annual budget and supervising its expenditures to guarantee the budget effectiveness and efficiency.
- Communicating with the various partners and stakeholders to ensure the workflow smoothness.
- Create projects plans, define tasks, resource requirements and monitor the progress of plans
- Identify and analyze projects risks and create mitigation plans and maintain close follow up.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree. MBA holder is preferred.
- 10 years of work experience, the last 5 years as a project manager.
- Excellent using of MS office & MS project.
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve a problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Fluent English.
