Job Description
- Instructor will be responsible for attending sessions with our English instructors in different locations and then report to management regarding their performance.
- She will submit monthly and quarterly reports about instructors to the Director of Studies for review and evaluation of all English teachers.
- She will be responsible for communicating different comments and improvement strategies to all the teachers based on her observations in their classes.
- She will receive training from the Director of Studies and attend several sessions of peer observation for different English teachers to get a good grasp of our method before taking charge of her post.
Job Requirements
- English Instructor must have good knowledge of teaching kids and communicating with a team in order to properly evaluate the instructors.
