Job Description
- Perform all required tasks from management.
- Finalizing Checks and bank deposits tasks for financial management.
- Dealing with the government post clerk and courier to receive and send letters and parcels related to the import or export of products.
- Dealing with the NTRA.
- Dealing with company suppliers.
- Executing missions that support company interests.
- Write a daily report to show what has been done and what has been postponed and explain why
- تنفيذ جميع المهام المطلوبة من الإدارة
- صرف الشيكات وأعمال الإيداع المصرفية الخاصة بالإدار ة المالية
- التعامل مع كاتب البريد الحكومى والبريد السريع فى إستلام و إرسال الرسائل والطرود المتعلقة بإستيراد أو تصدير منتجات
- التعامل مع الجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات
- التعامل مع موردين الشركه
- قضاء مأموريات يترتب عليه قضاء مصالح للعمل
- كتابة تقرير يومى لبيان ما تم إنجازه من أعمال و ما تم تأجيله مع توضيح السبب
Job Requirements
Education - المؤهلات الدراسية
- Bachelor degree or at least three years Institute.
- مؤهل جامعي أو خريج معهد ثلاث سنوات علي الأقل
Qualifications - المهارات
- Dealing with bank employees in banks and government departments
- Easy access to new addresses
- Understand the nature of his work and the nature of the documents he holds
- Ability to do more than one task at a time without confusion
- التعامل مع موظفي الشبابيك في البنوك والمصالح الحكومية
- سهولة الوصول للعناوين الجديدة عليه
- إدراك طبيعة عمله و طبيعة المستندات والوثائق التى يحملها
- المقدرة علي القيام بأكثر من مهمة فى توقيت واحد بدون إرتباك
