Job Description

Duties

  • Determine the timing of the interviews of the directors of the company and coordination among them.
  • Responding to the telephone issued to the company and to meet the wishes and inquiries of customers.
  • To carry out the written and administrative secretarial work in an efficient and efficient manner and to follow up the implementation of decisions in accordance with the applicable policies and regulations.
  • Follow-up meetings with company directors and write minutes of meetings.
  • Coordination between the various departments of the company to follow up the implementation of the instructions of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and maintain the secrets of the company.
  • Facilitate the daily work of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and follow up all the instructions issued to the Directors of the departments and coordinate the communication between them and the competent departments and external bodies.
  • Follow up hotel reservations and flights for employees of the company and visitors from abroad.

Job Requirements

  • BSC Degree
  • 3+ Years ‘of Experience.
  • Fluent command of English.
  • Planning & Management skills.
  • Organizing & follow up.
  • Preferably have anther language (Turkish - chines - German).
  • Preferably from 10th of Ramadan City.
