Manage the collection portfolio and cascade domain to each team member.
Create and send monthly reports stating collection target status.
Create the annual business plan and annual forecast in cooperation with the CFO.
Manage the collection team members to work on achieving the collection target.
Work in cooperating with the HR department to create Performance Appraisal forms.
Responsible for the maintenance and updating all customer related info in the database.
Participates in data migration projects ensuring successful transfer of data
Ensure collection team is abiding by the agreed upon collection process with GS1 clients.
Responsible for developing and searching for other sources/tools to increase the collection revenue
Responsible for selecting and qualifying external collection agencies.
Follows up on the contracting process with the external collection agencies.
Responsible for following up and supervising the external collection agencies work.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance
3-5 years of experience in mgmt role in credit and collections
Must have strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Highly proficient in computer software programs such as, word processors, spreadsheet programs and database systems
Excellent in mathematical skills
Knowledge of high volume collections, credit authorization and billing procedures and practices
Familiar with Customer Relationship software
