- Handles customers’ queries/complaints through live chat; up to 4 chats at the same time.
- Manages and resolves customers' requests, complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Makes outbound calls to vendors whenever needed.
- Aligns with different departments to further resolve the customer's/restaurant’s issue.
Job Requirements
- Required to have customer service experience.
- Graduates and gap year can apply.
- Fluent to Excellent English is a must.
- For males, military service status needs to be clear.
- Flexible with rotational shifts.
- Excellent typing speed.
