Job Description
- Instructs users on use of software products, and manuals.
- Aids users in implementation issues and results verification.
- Translates and delivers user needs to development department.
- Refers major software problems to development department for correction.
- Works with development department in testing and implementing new product features.
- Responds to user inquiries concerning product operation and diagnoses operation problems.
- Responsible for reporting/enhancing software usage and user satisfactions.
Job Requirements
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science is preferable.
Knowledge & Experience : 2-3 years of experience in any field (preferably in the localization industry).
Required Skills
- Excellent/Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willing to take the initiative to respond to and/or address challenging situations
- Customer focus and great interpersonal skills to manage customer issues, build relationships and cooperate with customers
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Have problem solving mindset and details-oriented
- Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment
- Knowledge and eagerness to learn and identify new technologies and new tools
