Job Description
- Draft and review contracts forms, as well as dealing with contractual documentations.
- Review contract variation orders, estimate budgets, and review contractors and consultants interim payments.
- Prepares and analyses tender documents.
- Review contract variation orders, and review contractors' claims and consultants interim payments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Civil or Architecture Engineering.
- Very good command of English.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is a must.
- CLAC Certificate and Experience is a plus.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications, Auto-CAD, and Primavera.
