Job Summary :
- Supervise and direct the activities of all production direct reports. Ensure compliance to safety policies and practices.
- Monitor and ensure compliance to Quality standards. Manage and motivate employees.
- Ensure sections targets, productivity and quality levels are met.
- Development and implementation of policies and procedures, overseeing maintenance and repairs of machinery.
Job Requirements
- Years of Experience: 15+ years in Automotive industry and preferred to have experience in commercial vehicle production.
- Strong team spirit and team building.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good command of English language.
- BSc. Engineering
- Industrial vocational training is a plus
- PM qualification is a plus
