Job Description
- Responsible for examining, explaining, negotiating, and revising contracts of all company projects with all clients.
- Represent the company in the related governmental authorities
- Finalize the required documents with the concerned governmental authorities for all related business
- Handle the contracts procedures with the clients.
- Explain all the contract components to the clients & answer all their inquiries.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for setting clients meetings & installment methods.
- Develop the contract of each customer including all the instalment amounts & payment methods.
- Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and support implementation.
- Handle all monthly phone calls/ reminders conducted to clients with overdue payments.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in same position
- BS Degree in law
- He has a renewed membership with a group of lawyers
- Experience in courts
- Experience in Government Relations "Neighborhood Licenses - Devices for New Cities - Government Departments"
- Previous experience in real estate
- Experience in dealing with Microsoft office
