Job Brief ;
- We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our services.
- Solving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
- Ultimately, you will help company reputation that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales services.
Main Job Duties:
- Answer all incoming calls.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder.
- Graduates and undergraduates are welcome
- Maximum age 35 years.
- From Excellent to Fluent English level.
- Real Estate Experience preferred.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
