Job Description

Job Brief ;

  • We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our services.
  • Solving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
  • Ultimately, you will help company reputation that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales services.

Main Job Duties:

  • Answer all incoming calls.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Provide service information to customers
  • Handling all VIP customer's inquiries

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder.
  • Graduates and undergraduates are welcome
  • Maximum age 35 years.
  • From Excellent to Fluent English level.
  • Real Estate Experience preferred.
  • Patience when handling tough cases.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
