Project Control Manager

Main Job Duties:

• Prepare Project Operational budget broken down based on Work Breakdown Structures showing each cost elements (Labor, Materials, & Equipment) and assigning cost centers and codes covering Indirect and Direct Cost distribution.
• Monitor and evaluate Project Cost / Man‐hour performance on Weekly and Monthly basis and prepare Executive Summary Report to Top Management.
• Ensure company and project controls Department policies and procedures are implemented accordingly.
• Support project management in accomplishing project status review and performance control.
• Ensure company and project controls Department policies and procedures are implemented accordingly.
• Perform periodic performance appraisals for line reports and other staff in coordination with HR.
• Ensure that the performance of various assigned tasks, and the conduct of cost control staff within the project are in accordance with the Project controls department's policies and procedures.
