Job Description

  • Receiving CO from customers local and export and checking items, prices and due dates are correct
  • Checking with Planning if the due dates of new orders are possible and get back to customers for confirmation of order
  • Upload CO on system
  • Review stock on daily basis for local and export items and allocating CO according to due dates
  • Review and update weekly status of customers
  • Contact local sales for daily deliveries and export customers for priorities of shipments and items needed.
  • Contact planning daily to follow up opened orders due dates are met and check any delays to inform customers
  • Report on daily, weekly and monthly sales
  • Report service level

Job Requirements

  • Minimum experience of 3 years
  • B.Sc. in Business or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing company is a must
  • Fluency in English language is a must
