Job Description
- Receiving CO from customers local and export and checking items, prices and due dates are correct
- Checking with Planning if the due dates of new orders are possible and get back to customers for confirmation of order
- Upload CO on system
- Review stock on daily basis for local and export items and allocating CO according to due dates
- Review and update weekly status of customers
- Contact local sales for daily deliveries and export customers for priorities of shipments and items needed.
- Contact planning daily to follow up opened orders due dates are met and check any delays to inform customers
- Report on daily, weekly and monthly sales
- Report service level
Job Requirements
- Minimum experience of 3 years
- B.Sc. in Business or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing company is a must
- Fluency in English language is a must
