Social Media Specialist

Job Duties:

• Moderation of several social media pages
• Supports in content & digital Ads (having a background in both is preferable)
• Monitor junior moderators & making sure the process is followed accurately
• Tracking social media sales numbers and improving them (sales experience is a must)
• Follow up on cases with social media team & other departments
• Review performance of moderators with team lead and assist in implementing action plans for performance optimization
• Works on presenting different reports ( competitive analysis – weekly/monthly performance)
