Job Description
- To manage all maintenance activities in the plant to ensure adherence to production schedules and maximize productivity.
- Excellent exposure to Maintenance of Utilities like Compressors, Chillers, Boilers/ HVAC systems, Water treatment plants, etc.
- Working on fire fighting Systems and all fire prevention equipment was maintained and tested to ensure 100% opera ability.
- Overall responsibility for all maintenance activities
- Execution of all engineering projects
- Developing vendors for spares and contractors for plant maintenance services
- Safety of personnel, facilities, and equipment.
- Overall responsibility for adherence to local laws, especially labor laws, pollution control laws, fire and explosives, safety, electrical installations, etc.
- Helping in achieving the usage factors for utilities
- Performed routine maintenance to ensure all systems worked properly
- Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs
- Helping in improving health and safety policies and procedures
