Job Description
- Generate a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
- Client Requests
- Coordinating site visits and project data gathering
- Prepare financials proposals for the client
- Completing a design/ project brief and following up with the client until contract is done.
- Following up on the project in internal departments
- Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of all impacts on schedule and budget.
- Perform risk management to minimize projects risk
- Coordinating and ensuring the smooth and on-time execution of project installation.
- Receiving and directing any client complaints to the appropriate department to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct a client satisfaction survey at the end of each project after finishing a project.
- Maintain the company's reporting system and ensure the compliance for the company policies and procedures.
- Maintain the project's documentation system and report and meet the approved deadlines.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Interior design or architectural degree university.
- Technical training in graphic design software (AutoCad)
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands – on experience
- PMP certification in plus
