Job Description
- Using Inventory ERP Software.
- Ensuring that inventory documents are updated and well kept.
- Monitoring the receiving and distributing off all the equipment and its paperwork completion.
- Ensuring that the equipment are kept in good condition inside the store.
- Assisting the Inventory Keeper in preparing the equipment for all employees.
- Conducting a periodic evaluation for the keepers and staff in accordance with the company's evaluation policy.
- Supervising inventory registration, receiving and verifying it with purchase order lists.
- Supervising the inventory staff during the receiving, distributing or inventorying of the items and helping them if needed.
- Following up losses and damage and performing Root Cause Analysis to take decisions and reporting this to the Site Manager.
- Maintaining records of quantities, types and values of items.
- Ensuring that badges, identification cards and markings are all setted up.
- Reviewing inventory activities (items that goes in and out of the inventory).
- Use inventory control techniques and procedures, and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Ensuring the compliance with all the stated policies and procedures of the inventory
- Managing inventory differences and analyzing them through the inventory control system and send a report to the Site Manager.
- Reviewing the purchasing orders to find out the required workload.
- Communicating with the Purchasing Department regarding the deficiencies of the inventories in coordination with the Site Manager.
- Discussing and following up any problems that arise with the rest of the company's departments regarding the inventory management and working to solve or reduce them to overcome obstacles and ease of work.
- Ensuring the existence of team spirit and ethics and supporting the principle of teamwork.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace, and comply with all safety and security standards.
- Additional duties as required within the limit of the position.
Job Requirements
- Commerce Bachelor Degree
- Good English Language
- Good Computer skills
- Previous Experience in Inventory operating Software/ERP System
- Age 25-35
